Chapter 40:New Aeneam

Throughout the day till nighttime during lull, after the enduring the war in Zahnrad. Ever since it have been exposed of what the server matrix do to the tishlis and what Zahnrad really about to those living within the state.

Now they suffer no more nor worry about the corrupted tyranny. The allies already reconstructing up the city behaving more like Aeneam as in one of the major government building, Sunbeam, Moonbeam, Starbeam, Galaxbeam with Sunbrass, Moonshire, Starcraft, and Galaxxus all signed a treaty of peace known as:Declaration of Armistice. And the Treaty of Friendship.

They shook hands with Sestra and the surrendered Pareto Committee members. They then ordered every former gendarmes and military personnel to help pay for the repairation done by rebuilding Zahnrad to how the allies wanted it. After being pardoned and forgiven by General Sunbeam the man himself not having to pay for global damages, it was the only thing Sestra and Talia both can do.

With highest security tightened all over the cities within Zahnrad, there were no criminal activity presence, not even those dare trying to assassinate the four major world leaders.

While everyone else busy repairing the entire city and cleaning/polishing the streets, the four major leaders all began illustrating new liberal forms of government powers and debating amongst each other what they should re-address Zahnrad as.

"What should we think of calling Zahnrad now the world knows that we won?" Sunbeam asked.

Starbeam shrugged.

"How about Zoeytrope?" Moonbeam blindly suggested.

"According to the oldest testament of the book regarding the United States of America, the Four Founding Fathers created the Constitution and all up to 21st total amendments. Defining the freedom of America.

Just nearly as same deal in Aerisgen, Aeneam. I was suggesting the idea of renaming Zahnrad, New Aeneam.

Yeah New Aeneam would souls great. Following the new same principle of Aeneam." Galaxbeam thought.

"Sounds like an absolute idea since Aeneam was founded by those that fled from here. Seeking better haven." Starbeam said.

"I guess we can go with New Aeneam, nothing's wrong with that." Sunbeam said.

"Perhaps you can make your final say among the people of Aes and the Allied Evolution Salvation. General Sunbeam." Galaxbeam said, smiling.

"I have no doubts, New Aeneam is my final say. I given out my speech after Zahnrad surrendered that we altogether as family will rule Zahnrad properly. We as a team govern this state fair without cruel and tortourous punishments." Sunbeam replied.

Galaxbeam nodded. Starbeam same thing. Moonbeam enjoying a smoothie along with Moonshire.

Sestra didn't mind knowing herself and the Pareto Committee members are still under their custody.

Sunbeam and the rest all continually discussed about the governing rule of New Aeneam and how they should regulate the state fairly.

While throughout the night as some people took rest hours at graveyard shifts, the cities are still under major construction. With use of high aether lights to see in the dark and flares used.

Starbeam stayed up all night long with Starley, Starsword, Starwars, Startrek, and Starcraft all to polish the fine fancy print and papers. Creating multiple policies for the future of Zahnrad. Everyone else sleep.

By next morning after respite has passed the day after the war in Zahnrad what feels to be about 6-10 years of enduring war later, the four major leaders have all finally came to the conclusion and now began to state their public address live on stage.

From their office, Sunwis, Sunwise, Moonwis, Moonwise, Starwis, Starwise, Galaxwis, Galaxwise, and several SUNTRE and Star Troopers all set up the broadcasting network connecting to Aerisgen, Ayaziwa, and Zhengqi.

Live on television and radio, many of the crowds absolutely paid attention as Sunbeam, Moonbeam, Starbeam, and Galaxbeam all ready to state their address...

"Citizens of Aes, we the four great world leaders have came to a final solution for the future prospects of Zahnrad. After signing the declaring and treaty, Zahnrad shall undergo a renaming process, known as New Aeneam. That is correct ladies and gentlemen, Zahnrad is now New Aeneam. This state shall adapt to Aeneam's tradional changes.

Founded by us known as the four Founding Fathers:Sunbeam, Moonbeam, Starbeam, and Galaxbeam- we four Founding Fathers have founded New Aeneam after the long battle of fighting at this state. Through bloodshed and carnage of the past, we emerge rose up from tyranny and to promote the greater good, diminishing evil and all forms of foul darkness away. We aim towards that light of salvation and justice, not to mention equal opportunity and liberty mutualism.

Yes from this day, from this moment on we the United Nations shall work together without strife and complain. Where we together like family shall make the world a better place for all to be happy and to seek salvation within this very home of Aes. Without further bloodshed, threats, and reprisals.

I General Sunbeam shall thank those who died on this very soil to save the innocence and those enslaved. They all shall be deeply remembered. May the angels bless this land sacredly and to protect us all from threats. As we live in peace and prosperity. Thank you." Sunbeam boldly announced.

The crowds around the world applauded and cheered.

Moonbeam then began to announce..

"We have proposed that there shall be no thieves, no murders, no scoundrels, and no arsons. There's no place for those kinds of behaviors to live in this new birth of land. New Aeneam will be a new source of safe haven for the people that need a place to call home. A place to develop their lives, to grow, and to seek education.

This land will fruit living of all beings openly. No vile discrimination, no corrupted system, no bigotry, we are all equals. And we the four Founding Fathers shall do our best to keep the system from being rigged with trapped corruptions. That is all."

Follow by more applause and cheers before Starbeam began to give his address...

"We the people or heroes of Aes have finally celebrate the fruitfulness of the birth of the new world here in Soshu, New Aeneam. As all world I promoted, recycle, compost, reuse materials, prevent waste, and to regulate environment orders. If all follows it strictly which shouldn't be too hard, the air would be much cleaner and many will not suffer allergies or any form of symptoms pretaining to air pollution quality. Yes it is now a law to compost, recycle, reduce waste, and to litter on streets. I won't tolerate such insignificance. So recycle and compost. Learn to budget your money wisely and to learn which is neccities and which are frivolous luxury wants. Pay all your bills and insurance before aiming for pleasures.

We the people should understand economic and environmental values as that too matters. Keeping world prestinely as possible will ensure longer living standards. That is all I have to address."

Galaxbeam immediately spoke up after Starbeam...

"Greetings all Aerisgen, Ayaziwa, and Zhengqi citizens. Proud that the bitter war here on Zahnrad is over. Finally! As we came to conclusion just yesterday throughout the night, we now renaming Zahnrad, New Aeneam. As what both Sunbeam and Moonbeam have said.

That's right New Aeneam is what this shall now be addressed as. According to the oldest book I read about the founding of the four Fathers that found America. We the four major world leaders known altogether as the modern four Founding Fathers, have created several amendments.

We have created the Bill of Rights, the US Constitution, and the legal Checks and Balance System. I shall leave the last speech for General Sunbeam Moonlight to define the rest of New Aeneam's governmental regulation. Thank you."

Sunbeam then cleared his throat just after the people cheered and applauded. 

"Thank you Professor, now to finish off how New Aeneam shall be governed. It shall be governed by us four, the Four Founding Fathers: I myself General Sunbeam, Lady Moonbeam, X Vice Colonel Starbeam, and Prince Galaxbeam. But of course as we should altogether know this, we are not total tyrants or dictators. We aren't total brutal leaders that believe in shaming, shunning, and murdering our own people. No none of all that BS.

Thereby I have came up with a different liberal view that I shall spill this out, I hereby formed two different parties: The Solardemocracy and the Solarrepublican Parties. With fair tolerant equal Liberal and Conservative views, there shall be the Solardemocracy and Solarrepublican Parties. I shall let the people decide what they want to see change and that we the Founding Fathers shall give the final say.

For the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights that have been ratified by us all fours, here I shall list out the amendments:

5)No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself; nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.

6)In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed; which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor; and to have the assistance of counsel for his defence.

9)The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

10)The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

By far that is the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution for New Aeneam. Granting the freedom of free speech, religion, freedom of the press and media, and freedom to peaceful protest nonviolently. As well the freedom to anything legally without needs of violence and strife.

That is the the new ratified proposed and declared law of New Aeneam. Thank you citizens of Aes." Sunbeam said, boldly.

By then the people all applauded and cheered. Some chanting "USA USA USA USA USA!" around the world. 

As renamed New Aeneam, the citizens immediately cleaned off every harmful propaganda, the media began giving out real truth of the world outside of the state. All the tishlis freed of captivity began living out a normal life, as the world all celebrated in giant global feasts all over the world throughout the nighttime. As fireworks lit up the nightlight sky.

As Sunbeam and Moonbeam both suddenly disappeared away after the party to salvation, as Starbeam and Galaxbeam continued to promote economy, environmental, and education. As Lieutenant Sunbrass his older brother, General Sunbrassolsky, and Lieutenant Colonel Sunlass took over for Sunbeam. As Moonshire and Moonrire both took over as governmental sisters for Moonbeam.

Ending the final story with the big bang:

1)General Sunbeam found happiness after reuniting the world and all species together. He is with his lover, Moonbeam, have his own army, and became a totalitarian. He have pursued his dream. Living up to the title the General of the Rangers and being his old self.

2)Aes became more cleaner and polished thanks to Starbeam's environmental policy to keep air clean from pollution as many followed his examples.

3)Galaxbeam in charge of education, many were taught to do the right thing and stray far from wrongdoings.

4)Zahnrad became New Aeneam, stripped away from how Zahnrad was founded. As result the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights was formed putting Sunbeam, Moonbeam, Starbeam, and Galaxbeam all as the Four Founding Fathers.

Granting Freedom of Speech, Press, Media, Peaceful petition/protest and Religion

Right to bear arms and armor

Giving people to quarter soldiers within their final consent

And such.

5)The server matrix was no more and all the ideology to creating tishlis were done away as every stones to clone them have been legally used up. As Professor Galaxbeam made many possible for the tishli to live a normal life like rest of other kindred. Without threats and intolerance from other races.

6)General Sunbeam have erased the half of outcast and loneliness of most individual, preventing bullies and those falling into terrorism using his money to pay for all common goods and services to the people in generous ways. Including pulling money out from his own faction's wallets.

7)Moonbeam also chimed in with Sunbeam with ideology of spreading gifts and joy to reduce terrorism, promoting happiness to all.

8)Altogether the Allied Evolution Salvation erased Cog Jammers, Qar's Calling, Embers of Liberty, Nacht Down, and all rest of allied groups- labeling them all as one major group, AES. We fight as one, we fight like family.

Thanks to Sunbeam, Moonbeam, Starbeam, and Galaxbeam the four mostly using their own personal armies, they reduce most lives to maximum-minimum amount, making it that the Cog Jammers like US Marines going home from Iraq, can safely be withdrawn out from Zahnrad, including Qar's Calling.

9)Former Chairwoman Malgorzata Sestra and her entire government were disbanded and forced to serve AES. Socialism and Fascism was no more. They were spared from death thanks to Sunbeam who also pardoned them from paying large amount for the damage done out of his sheer generosity.

But as punishment, Sestra and Talia and ever female of the Pareto Committee have to join Sunbeam's harem and be forced to wear maid outfits and behave as maid servants the same way tishlis were submitted to do.

10)Lastly Troth enjoyed the most meal among everyone else, who ate beyond trillion amount of food and drinks, that nobody can dare challenge. Along with his father King Garoth II who spoke of mom & pops and food, he the person who brought and develop the meaning of comedy to all the people of Aes.

And the world lived happily ever after, the end!
