Early morning next day, the sky is partly cloudy. Inside the star barrack in Tyler's room, asleep, he awakens up to the loud sound of the drill alarm going off followed by multiple shouting from the star officers getting their fresh cadets lined up together in formations. Getting out of bed, shirtless, he gets dressed in his new green military cadet star uniform. Putting on his slip resistant polished green steel-toed boots, checking himself in the mirror, doing his proper grooming before leaving his room out to the base to meet up with the rest outside.
Upon exiting the military building, Tyler looks around seeing the veteran starsoldiers heading west from him, five starsoldiers standing couple feet near the flag pole in the middle of three buildings, and ten starmarines near the entrance as three loud revving green military trucks enter in. Feeling hungry, he proceeds to scan around the military complex to find a place to get food. The star soldiers briefly look at the orange-head boy but resume what they are doing, minding their own business. The look of curiosity, worry, and caution paint his expression as he passes by several green outfitted soldiers...
"Excuse me, sir. If you are looking to find something to eat, the mess hall is right around the corner of the third barrack, outside." One of the star officers guided him, pointing him in the direction.
Tyler simply nodded, "Oh ok, thank you."
He makes a couple turns and finds the mess hall, all tidy, green colored with the large roof overhead, green benches, and multiple large green tables filled with star soldiers sitting and eating breakfast. He watches the star soldiers help themselves to a large breakfast banquet nearby, knowing it is safe to grab some he makes his way to the outside mess hall. Since the line dies down, he goes ahead and grabs a green solid plastic plate getting himself a variety of food. He fills up his plate of what he wants to eat, grabs a bottle of orange juice and a water bottle before searching for a spot to sit down and eat. He finds an empty spot choosing to be isolated and lonely, he sits down at an empty table surrounded by star soldiers around him as he starts to eat his breakfast, taking a sip of his orange juice. While he eats, Tyler recalls having to barely remember how he ended up in this strange world, he now knows he got into a serious car accident back then leading up to being hospitalized. Taking another bite, he remembers a flashback of going through Havenjade City and helping out the community over there before heading to Polonodo City. After munching and taking another bite he recalls the moment when he is being beaten up by the gangs at the park late at night and being saved by his own green twin who addressed himself as X Vice Colonel Starbeam. After what he has said to him about training him to become a skilled soldier. After cycling through his past thoughts he finishes his breakfast and both drinks, getting up to dispose of them into a green recycling trash can. Waiting for three of the starmarines to finish getting their breakfast, Tyler goes back for a second time to get breakfast. Once he sits back down with his meal, he scans around looking at the star troops discussing among each other, talking about varying missions they are assigned, some others laugh having to be told a joke by one of the men, and the rest eating. As Tyler eats his breakfast, he suddenly hears the surrounding star soldiers shouts and cheers out loud. Hearing it clearly, Tyler looks around through the cheery star soldiers as he clearly hears them saying "It's X Vice Colonel Starbeam and Starley!" He witnesses his own green twin along with a good looking girl in a green feminine military outfit with two officers and three other skilled men behind them. Feeling a bit nervous that they are coming towards where he is, Tyler loses his appetite getting up to dispose of his plate and drink away while the standing star soldiers greet them as they pass by professionally ignoring them except for his girlfriend, Starley and three of the skilled people behind them.
Tyler washes his hands while barely glancing over his head through his peripheral vision seeing his intelligently serious twin, Starbeam and his own group going through the mess hall toward the bunker. After Tyler dries off his hands and returns to his spot at the mess hall, despite being lonely and isolated from the rest of the star soldiers, Starbeam halts his movement as Starley stops behind him wondering...
"Huh, what's wrong dear? Why did you stop for?"
Starbeam himself remaining quiet, sophisticated, and serious he turns around to look at Tyler sitting all by himself, the only orange-haired young guy among the cheery laughing chattering green-military outfitted star soldiers; Tyler sitting there spacing out into the void of his own imagination...
"What is wrong, Starbeam?" Starley asked him.
Starbeam remaining clueless to his lover on purpose proceeds to move towards Tyler.
"Eh? What are you...Oh." Starley along with the couple star officers and three of the followers watch as he approaches the orange-haired guy.
Tyler snaps back to himself as he precisely hears the star soldiers murmuring about Starbeam right beside near him. He looks at the star soldiers that are looking right at him back as he wonders why they are looking at him before turning around seeing his own green-haired and eyes twin clad in a professional pristine green star military officer attire, Starbeam looking right at him with the neutral serious emotionless expression...
"S-St-St..."
"You, come with me to my bunker. I have something special for you to do." Starbeam stated, cutting off Tyler's stammering words.
"Okay..."
Tyler gets up, following Starbeam along with his own group all to the bunker not far from the mess hall; the star soldiers watch as they questions in a low murmur about the new recruit being in the regime.
Once inside the bunker, Starbeam leads him through the area to a meeting room. Tyler's eyes gaze around the constant bright and clear green color of the interiors, just everything green with the symbolic representation of the regime by the bright green star. Starbeam kindly gestures to him to have a seat as he does so before Starbeam and his girlfriend stands in front of him, getting ready to brief on what is going on as three of his followers place out multiple green complex military papers in front of him. He browses through seeing the military registration on becoming apart of the Star Regime force as a soldier, the insurance and benefits, the training and exercise programs, and his rate of pay in salary...
"What is all this paperwork stuff?" Tyler wonders, cycling through the papers.
"You will be our first foreign soldiers within the Star Regime force. You will need to fill out all your paperwork so you will be officially be enlisted as a new recruit. You will receive your benefits of free food and water, a place to rest, liability insurance, car insurance, military transportation, and Medicare. Once you fill out all the paperwork, you will undergo a series of training exercise. Transforming you into a person that can fight in self-defense. However, if you choose to not fill all that out I can return you back to the downtown of Polonodo City where you were finding your answers of existence in this new world. You won't be able to survive here without your basic combat skills," Starbeam stated.
Tyler felt a bit sad and concerned about what would happen if he is enlisted apart of Starbeam's military force. Having to think this through as Starbeam stands there letting him make his decision...
"It will be alright, just fill it out and you will feel safe with us," Starley said with a giggle, heading over next to him.
"Starley, let him make his own judgment don't convince him to sign the document," Starbeam called out to her.
"Hmph, fine baby."
Tyler after several thoughts finally fills out the whole form and moves the document across the table near Starbeam as one of his followers picks it up and submits it into the filing bin on the small desk nearby...
"Very well then, let's get you all settled in, first head over to the medical infirmary for your immediate check-up then head over to the training yard to the right of the second barrack," Starbeam said.
"Alright."
Tyler makes his way to the infirmary building across from the bunker, once he enters in the procedure begins with the female nurse asking him to remove his upper garment and shoes, measuring his height and weight. The nurse asks Tyler to hop on the medical chair as she programs the device to transform the chair to a bed making Tyler appears to be laying down on his back flat. The nurse checks his ears, checks his blood pressure level, then his temperature, she stretches out both his arms and legs, gives brief massages on both his bare feet, before addressing him to turn over laying on his belly. He does so; the nurse using the pulse sensor device to check his pulse and bloodstream, then briefly massages precisely on the middle spine and shoulders while checking his pulse rates. The total result is he is healthy, she proceeds to ask him to sit up for her to check his eyes. Healthy, she proceeds to put on additional gloves follow by medical cut-glass proof long rubber gloves on and gets out a few needles. She makes her way out to Tyler letting him know that she is going to perform a blood test, give him three types of immunization shots, and a pill to increase his overall health. Tyler nods as she executes the blood test first, placing in the need into his right forearm to extract out a fair amount of his blood. Once the blood test is finished, she gives a few various immunization shots on the forearms. After that, she gives him a pill along with a cup of water for him to ingest it with. He takes it in and swallows it with water. Wrapping up the check-up, Tyler goes through the drug test screen. He gets dressed back up and leaves the infirmary, heading to the training yard, meeting with Starbeam and Starley alone...
The training yard is vacant being reserved privately for only Tyler, the whole yard is long almost like a football field but full of obstacles made to train a soldier. Upon entering, Tyler sees Starbeam and Starley standing near the start of the training course...
"How is it?" Starbeam asked.
"I rather not discuss my medical experience, I want to get on with the whole training thing."
"Very well then, here are all the whole training scenarios. Take your time and practice. Whenever you are ready"
Tyler immediately begins his training exercise, going through the tires hopping left and right, crawling through the disgusting muck dirtying his outfit, kicking and punching through rotating punching bags for forty-five minutes long, running through the long concrete maze kicking enemy terrorists in a shape of a cardboard- kicking down hidden shortcuts as he navigates through the maze, after exiting the maze he leaps back and forth to avoid falling into a set-up ditches dodging thirty ditches, he covers his mouth bracing himself as he runs through the smokescreen-fogged area, skipping left and right to avoid the fake planted mines, Tyler makes it to the climbing area grabbing onto the rock-hinges as he climbs up the wall that extends 4 feet tall in height to the top of the summit- struggling a bit to get a grip but eventually he reaches to the top catching his breath before moving on, he runs across the narrow bridge not being protected by any guardrails balancing himself not to fall such a great height, he makes it past the bridge then leaps up to grab a hold of the high steel bars and does a monkey climb across to the other platform, after making it, he goes through the slide and slides down to the ground, he runs a mile through the bare plainfield, avoiding ambushing fake traps that pops up from the ground almost dancing around as he dodges, he covers his mouth bracing through the fake poisonous smog coating the area, strafing left and right to avoid obstacles hindering his way through the purple harmless gas, he goes through the short maze punching away cardboard dummies and hidden shortcuts, and lastly sidesteps through the long tires before reaching the finish line.
Tyler sweating heavily pants as he falls down to his knees almost about to pass out, sweating falling to the grassy grounds, his outfit covered in dirt and filth.
Starbeam and Starley overseeing the whole thing are impressed with his quick reaction and reflexes, finding him useful for future missions and assignments. For Tyler, he gets back up on his feet and runs back ten meters to the start of the exercise...
"You are doing wonderful on your performance, Private Tyler," X Vice Colonel Starbeam called out to him.
Tyler looked back at them two, panting and sweating hard... "Well, I think I did poorly on my first training, I am going to retry again."
Tyler goes for a second time through the long training course; he runs through the tires hopping left and right, crawling through the disgusting muck dirtying his outfit, kicking and punching through rotating punching bags for forty-five minutes long, running through the long concrete maze kicking enemy terrorists in a shape of a cardboard- kicking down hidden shortcuts as he navigates through the maze, after exiting the maze he leaps back and forth to avoid falling into a set-up ditches dodging thirty ditches, he covers his mouth bracing himself as he runs through the smokescreen-fogged area, skipping left and right to avoid the fake planted mines, Tyler makes it to the climbing area grabbing onto the rock-hinges as he climbs up the wall that extends 4 feet tall in height to the top of the summit- struggling a bit to get a grip but eventually he reaches to the top catching his breath before moving on, he runs across the narrow bridge not being protected by any guardrails balancing himself not to fall such a great height, he makes it past the bridge then leaps up to grab a hold of the high steel bars and does a monkey climb across to the other platform, after making it, he goes through the slide and slides down to the ground, he runs a mile through the bare plainfield, avoiding ambushing fake traps that pops up from the ground almost dancing around as he dodges, he covers his mouth bracing through the fake poisonous smog coating the area, strafing left and right to avoid obstacles hindering his way through the purple harmless gas, he goes through the short maze punching away cardboard dummies and hidden shortcuts, and lastly sidesteps through the long tires before reaching the finish line; panting and sweating even more aggressive than his first exercise. He runs back to the start line as Starbeam and Starley watch the determined orange boy attempts to do his third course again...
"I strongly suggest that you take some breaks in between your training course and get some water in your system so you don't pass out due to dehydration," Starbeam suggested.
"Huh, oh right that is a good idea," Tyler replied back.
He steps out as Starbeam tosses him a large purified water bottle to him, he catches it and immediately starts drinking it down. He throws the empty water bottle in the empty nearby green recycling bin before resuming to his long-enduring training course...
"Good luck out there again, don't push yourself too much," Starley said.
Tyler turns his head and nods before he runs off to do his training course; going through the tires again hopping left and right, crawling through the disgusting muck dirtying his outfit, kicking and punching through rotating punching bags for forty-five minutes long, running through the long concrete maze kicking enemy terrorists in a shape of a cardboard- kicking down hidden shortcuts as he navigates through the maze, after exiting the maze he leaps back and forth to avoid falling into a set-up ditches dodging thirty ditches, he covers his mouth bracing himself as he runs through the smokescreen-fogged area, skipping left and right to avoid the fake planted mines, Tyler makes it to the climbing area grabbing onto the rock-hinges as he climbs up the wall that extends 4 feet tall in height to the top of the summit- struggling a bit to get a grip but eventually he reaches to the top catching his breath before moving on, he runs across the narrow bridge not being protected by any guardrails balancing himself not to fall such a great height, he makes it past the bridge then leaps up to grab a hold of the high steel bars and does a monkey climb across to the other platform, after making it, he goes through the slide and slides down to the ground, he runs a mile through the bare plainfield, avoiding ambushing fake traps that pops up from the ground almost dancing around as he dodges, he covers his mouth bracing through the fake poisonous smog coating the area, strafing left and right to avoid obstacles hindering his way through the purple harmless gas, he goes through the short maze punching away cardboard dummies and hidden shortcuts, and lastly sidesteps through the long tires before reaching the finish line; sweating and panting more than his second try. He runs back to the start line as Starbeam and Starley both watch, impressed by his determination to be a skilled soldier.
Tyler's military outfit getting more messier as it sticks to his skin due to sweating very bad as he pants heavily trying to catch his breath, stretching out his arms and his body before going through the training course once again, he passes through the tires hoping left-right, crawling through the disgusting muck dirtying his outfit more, he takes his time kicking and punching through rotating punching bags for almost two hours and forty-five minutes long plus headbutting and using his whole body to tackle the moving punching bags for an additional five minutes before moving on, running through the long concrete maze kicking enemy terrorists in a shape of a cardboard- kicking down hidden shortcuts as he navigates through the maze, after exiting the maze he leaps back and forth to avoid falling into a set-up ditches dodging thirty ditches, he covers his mouth bracing himself as he runs through the smokescreen-fogged area, skipping left and right to avoid the fake planted mines, Tyler makes it to the climbing area grabbing onto the rock-hinges as he climbs up the wall that extends 4 feet tall in height to the top of the summit- struggling a bit to get a grip but eventually he reaches to the top catching his breath before moving on, he runs across the narrow bridge not being protected by any guardrails balancing himself not to fall such a great height, he makes it past the bridge then leaps up to grab a hold of the high steel bars and does a monkey climb across to the other platform, after making it, he goes through the slide and slides down to the ground, he runs a mile through the bare plainfield, avoiding ambushing fake traps that pops up from the ground almost dancing around as he dodges, he covers his mouth bracing through the fake poisonous smog coating the area, strafing left and right to avoid obstacles hindering his way through the purple harmless gas, he goes through the short maze punching away cardboard dummies and hidden shortcuts, and lastly sidesteps through the long tires before reaching the finish line; sweating and panting more than his second try. He runs back to the start line then repeats once more through the course.
Once he makes it back to the start of the course, Starbeam decided it's time to stop... "Alright, Private Tyler, you did enough, good work. Let's get you a change of uniform and shower up."
"You did great, your performance is superb than most of the soldiers some struggles through a few of the course," Starley added.
"Anyway, let's get going, once you are finished come to my bunker."
Tyler nods as the three leave the training yard. Tyler heading back to his barrack to his room, taking out his filthy uniform and toss it in the clothing bin, turns on the shower after using the restroom waiting for the temperature to be warm enough. After taking a shower, Tyler dries off and gets dressed in his new green star military uniform, then heads out of his barrack going to the bunker. Inside, he walks around in search of Starbeam or Starley until three of the officers see him looking around as he ventures room to room...
"Private Tyler, you must be. This way, please. Xtreme Vice Colonel Starbeam is expecting you," One of the star officers said.
"Yeah, he is expecting me," Tyler replied.
The officers lead him into the dining room area where Tyler meets Starbeam, Starley, and three of the people he doesn't know but judging by the green outfit with the star symbol they are apart of the regime...
"Private, welcome to the dining hall, glad to have you here," Starbeam said.
The officers leave the hall as Starbeam gestures to Tyler to sit down. He does so, sitting across from the X Vice Colonel, his girlfriend, and three other people near them...
"Please, feel free to help yourself with food on the table. The food is gourmet-made from professionally high-end chefs, you are lucky to be given this special VIP treatment with the high-ranking senior officials compare to all the men out there," Starbeam said.
"Thank you, I appreciate your kindness for having me here," Tyler replied.
Using the tongs and grabbing materials, Tyler helps himself filling up his plate with a variety of food before digging in with his fork and knife. As he eats, Starbeam gulping down his bites and drinking his green-apple sour flavored non-alcoholic champaign. he clears his throat...
"Oh Private Tyler, by the way, I am sorry to introduce you to a few of my skilled people. Meet Starcraft, Starr, and Stargreene. This is Starley, my girlfriend."
Starley giggled, "You got it, babe. X Vice Colonel Starbeam can be busy at times, serious and hardly ever laugh. A mature grown man he is."
"Nice to meet you, Private. I heard you passed through your basic training course five times in a row, that is some determination," Starcraft said, smiling.
"It is odd to have someone like you here on our regiment, orange-hair, the eyes, in our green military uniform. But it's the decision of X Vice Colonel Starbeam's decision," Starr said, drinking his campaign.
"Oh well, you two- don't mind the new guy, he will be proven useful in the long run. Give him the chance to prove himself worthy," Stargreene said.
Tyler focusing on enjoying his meal despite hearing the chatterbox between them, Starbeam being quiet and focused as well on his meal as Starley giggles as she looks at Starcraft, Starr, and Stargreene talking back and forth.
"Private Tyler, just to inform you, we are the Star Regime force if I don't mention that to you. The green outfit that you and we all are wearing with the star symbol represents us the Star faction, this green organization strives to be green- by recycling, reducing trash, composting, and eliminating all the harmful toxic pollutions throughout Titanumas. But, that is not going to be your job, maybe as a side tasks only for the fresh new recruiting soldiers to handle as their basic training exercise. We also have been through wars and tackling over a million of difficult crime lords and criminal activities," Starbeam said, finishing up his plate and champaign.
Tyler feeling nervous and anxious, having butterflies in his stomach as he finishes his plate and drink. Sitting there a bit frozen as he struggles to make eye contact at his own green twin. Being quiet most of the time.
"It is alright, Private Tyler, no need to feel shy about what I just said, you will get used to being a soldier," Starbeam said.
Starcraft, Starr, Stargreene, and Starley all smiled as they finish up their meal.
During the late afternoon, Tyler continues through basic training, running on the treadmill in the military gym for an hour and a half long to burn up calories after drinking plenty of vitamin water to help enhance his stamina endurance. He lifts up weights from ten pounds for an hour long before slowly advancing up to forty-five pounds working out for thirty-minute, breaking a huge sweat. After drinking more vitamin water as he is being coached by Starbeam in a near-critical manner, Tyler hits the treadmill again for two hours long sweating hard. Doing thirty push-ups and sit-ups, hitting the punching bag throwing multiple punches and kicks at it, doing the pulley machine for thirty-minutes long. Tyler takes a break sitting down and drinking up his vitamin water given by Starbeam as he stands there observing...
"You need to pace yourself, Private. Don't overwork too hard or you'll end up straining your body. Sore muscles won't help you get anywhere instead you will be temporarily paralyzed." Said Starbeam, giving him coaching advised.
"Yeah, yeah I know. No need to be advising me," Tyler replied.
"I am sorry, but you are my responsibility, I have to pay close attention to you."
Tyler sighs and ignores Starbeam's words, getting up to resume back on hitting the punching bag for twenty minutes. Punching it hard and kicking repeating back.
Tyler and Starbeam both head outside to the grassy plainfield, seeing the star soldiers training. They run through the tracks avoiding obstacles by jumping over them, strafing left-right, and ducking under them...
"This way, Private."
Tyler follows Starbeam to a private field...
"Grab the green pistol there and stand five feet away from me."
Tyler nervously gulps down his anxiety thinking he is going to get shot as he never holds a live-looking gun before in his entire life, but listening to what Starbeam tells him he does what he says. Starbeam takes the last green pistol and stands away from Tyler at a distance...
"I am going to teach you how to evade bullets in this gun firing simulations. You and I are going to shoot each other and try to avoid taking hits. I am testing your quick reflexes and your reaction timing, how well you can avoid not getting hit." Starbeam explained to him. "There will also be target dummies occasionally popping up behind you and me to help train your precision targeting along with a few power-ups."
"Hmm, this is going to be difficult, so go easy on me." Tyler replied.
"Hmmm, I will let you take your first shot at me whenever you are ready, Private."
Tyler smiles and fires out his pistol at him, a green ball of paint-slime coming out of the barrel in slow-motion as it flies towards at Starbeam aimed at his belly of his attire. Starbeam sees it coming with precise attention to detail of the paint coming midway through the air, he simply turns his body sideways as the projectile misses him hitting the empty table coating in green slime...
"Wh-what? You simply dodge that, how?" Tyler wonders.
"That is the point of the simulation, Private Wolfenstein. Now don't hesitate to question your enemies, keep firing that gun."
Tyler growls a bit in annoyance and fires more rounds at Starbeam. He turns and twists his body to evade getting hit by the paint-slime, leaping up into the air as Tyler aims high up at him firing five rounds at him, he glides left-right to avoid getting hit before landing down. Tyler keeps firing more rounds as Starbeam kept dodging around almost like a dance, bending backward as the projectile misses flying past his face then side-flips around to avoid four more paint-slime coming at him...
"Come on, get him!" Tyler taunts him.
After Starbeam dodges six shots, in slow-motion he aims and fires a single shot at Tyler who is distracted from firing aggressively, barely seeing it coming...
"Oh no..." His mouth wide open in surprise when Starbeam countered, Tyler paying close attention to the projectile coming right at him focusing his timing he strafes aside to dodge the first paint-slime... "Whew, ha you missed me!"
Starbeam fires five more shots at him just as Tyler taunts him, a lesson to not pause at the enemy...
"Oh snap!"
The orange-haired boy successfully dodges one shot, he counters a few shots by firing his own paint-slime negating few, taking hits by four shots, then negates the rest by firing a few more. Tyler looks down at his attire seeing it drenched in slime as Starbeam stands there with a sly smile on his face. Tyler determined fires three shots at him in hopes he can return the favor, Starbeam quickly moves to the right to dodge them as he returns fire back. Tyler manages to dodge three shots from Starbeam before three random target dummies pop up behind him, starling him as he responds quickly by firing five rounds each at the dummies before shifting his attention back to Starbeam who fires a few more rounds at him. As the targets pop back down into the ground, Tyler gasps seeing the flash of light from the flying paint-slime projectile coming right at him, he fails to dodge one of them taking a hit as he sides barrel rolls aside. Tyler running five meters firing ten shots at Starbeam as he dances around to dodge each of them, Tyler sees a random bright green ball near his feet and picks it up. Thinking it is a grenade he moves two meters close to Starbeam firing more shots at him expecting him to dodge them which he did; Tyler throws the ball near him catching him almost off-guard. Starbeam gasp while remaining calm noticing the ball lighting up very brightly sensing it is about to go off, he leaps back as it explodes into a thick pool of green paint-slime, unfortunately, he is partially caught in it as it coats part of his face and his outfit in the substance...
"Yes! I got you!" Tyler exclaimed in excitement.
Starbeam getting back up, wiping the green stuff off his face looking at it... "You got me with that one, Private Tyler, but you have to do a bit better."
Several target dummies pop up around Tyler and Starbeam, Tyler focusing on the dummies he fires out fifty-eight rounds taking out all the dummies but leaving him wide open for Starbeam to get a clear shot at him, firing five rounds at him...
"Darn it, I got distracted again."
Tyler fires out a shot to negate one of the projectiles but is hit twice before he manages to move out of the way. He returns fire while on the ground. Starbeam leaps out of the way but suddenly is hit twice by Tyler's paint-slime before landing down in surprise.
"Interesting, alright you passed, we will do more of this another time." Said Starbeam.
Starbeam makes his way to Tyler, reaching his hand out to him. Tyler grabs his hand as he helps him to his feet, then both heads out to the nearby wardrobe facility room to change out uniform. The two head over to the building to practice live weapon shooting...
"This is the shooting fire range to train your precision in handling various firearm weapons. From handgun pistols, they are usually good for mid-range shootouts. Shotguns good for close combat assaults, very common sense. Sub-machine guns are made for mid to long range for typical raids and assaults. The assault rifles are stronger than sub-machine guns, they have some recoils when firing so it takes a fair amount of strength and grip to handle them- good for all-out various assaults on the battlefield. Of course, there are sniper rifles for precise targeting and taking out certain key targets, some are heavy and requires setting the whole gun up before being of use. There are light machine guns and heavy machine guns that are incredibly heavy to carry and have high recoil rate with high firepower. The miniguns or gatling guns here even heavier than LMGs and HMGs takes brute strength to use them and they do overheat so it is temporarily an advantage for suppressing fire by strong tankers. Lastly, the grenade and rocket launchers firing explosives. I won't strongly recommend using it if you are new at handling weaponry, but they are heavy weapons that are made to destroy moving armors and cheap buildings. That is the end of the tour, go ahead and pick your loadout, Private Tyler." Starbeam said, gesturing out to the wide large tables and walls containing all the available weapons organized by category.
Tyler looked around the area seeing it all empty, seeing all the weapons on display gives him the chills and the memory of possibly killing a person in his mental head. Having to think about holding a gun as he having trouble deciding what loadout or which guns to choose from as Starbeam stands there observing in patience...
"Uhhh, hey Starbeam what should I choose out of all these guns here? There are so many to select," Tyler suggested, having trouble picking out which one he wants to try out.
"For starters, I should say a pistol, sub-machine gun, and an assault rifle."
Tyler nodded, he picks an ST1K Glock-19, an SK8C, and an SGGP GEN-99. He got his loadout set and ready, making his way over to the middle training range using his ST1K handgun first aiming at the small bright green middle circle of the target wall ten feet away from his aiming. Concentrating his aim at the middle he begins to fire ten rounds, missing as it hits the bottom side three spaces from the bullseye. He empties out his first clip of his handgun, missing badly before reloading. Starbeam comes up to him to give him plenty of ammo for all of his chosen guns as he focuses on his aim. Tyler pumps all thirty-five rounds at the target, hitting the outer circle with few bullets hitting the inner circle close to the bright green bullseye...
"Concentrate on your aim, Private Tyler. Take a deep breath before unloading all that clip on the wall. Firing recklessly may bring deadly consequences to you," Starbeam advised.
Tyler lowers his handgun and turns to look at him in curiosity. "What do you mean by 'Firing recklessly may bring deadly consequences to you.' What does that phrase mean?"
Starbeam tries to prove a point in his words through actions by reloading a loud assault rifle and unleashing all of its ammo in a crazy way, making enough noise that attracts Starley and Starr both who were nearby outside heading to get something to eat, startling them...
"What was that loud noise?" Starley wonders, looking around.
"I think it that booming gunfire came from that firing range in that building," Starr said, pointing to his right.
Back inside the building, Starbeam reloads his assault rifle as Tyler stands there looking at him in a weird expression as if he has gone mad. "You doing okay?"
Starbeam ignores his questions as he looks at Starley and Starr entering the building, wondering...
"Is everything, oh it's you two guys- Starbeam and Tyler!" Starley exclaimed.
"We didn't know you both would be practicing here, sorry to intrude on your time," Starr said.
"See my point, I fired out my assault rifle recklessly not minding the loud gunfire noise could attract unwanted attention nearby, it may be animals or worse case enemy intruders. Firing it sparingly and precisely may limit the chance of attracting too much attention thus conserve ammunition," Starbeam clearly pointed out.
Tyler remains quiet, Starley and Starr looked at each other then leave them be exiting the building. Starbeam puts back the gun as Tyler reloads his pistol, firing twelve rounds at the target, missing again. He reloads his clip before pumping fifteen rounds into the wall, missing the bullseye...
"Remember to concentrate, Private Wolfenstein Tyler."
"I know I know, ugh."
Tyler sighs and reloads his pistol aiming at the bullseye, he closes his eyes to concentrate his precision. He opens his eyes and fires a single shot from his handgun, this time he successfully makes a first bullseye shot. Feeling fascinated, as a result, Tyler fires four rounds missing, fires the fifth that hits the bullseye, followed by the sixth that hits the mark. He blows the smoke off his barrel, aiming his handgun at the bullseye again concentrating. He fires three shots but misses, fires two rounds and hits the bullseye, firing five more rounds but misses; Tyler reloads his handgun and empties it all out getting two bullseyes and missing the rest. He switches out to his SK8C sub-machine gun and starts blasting the target wall. A few bullets hit the bullseye but the rest miss having to control the grip of his gunfire due to the mild recoil from the SK8C. He reloads it and sprays the wall with more bullets while maintaining his precision and grip of his gun. A few rounds hit the bullseye as the rest miss as a result; Tyler looks at the wall covered with bullets before switching out to his SGGP GEN-99 assault rifle.
Starbeam stands there simply observing in quiet. Tyler begins to fire away from his assault rifle, the spraying bullets the majority of it hits the bullseye as the remaining miss before he reloads his carbine. Firing again a few of his shots hit the bullseye but the rest miss due to the recoil of the gun...
"You seemed to get the hang of mastering the basics of how to fire a gun and aiming precisely, now reload that SGGP GEN-99 and I will start popping up multiple cardboard targets. It's weapons-free so feel free to fire as recklessly as you want, though I suggest learning to conserve your ammo and make little noise as possible- as if this is a real life war against evil," Starbeam said.
"Well okay, I just want to have fun with the shooting," Tyler replied.
Starbeam heads up to the control panel and activates the dark-green button and switches the small level up to increase the pop-up pace to a fair amount. Seven target dummies pop-up at a distance as Tyler quickly aims and fires his assault rifle at every one of them spraying bullets throughout the training corridor. Most of the bullets hit all the dummies plus the wall and some miss. The cardboard targets pop back down being replaced by new sets of them, Tyler reloads and sprays more ammo at them aggressively- the majority of the bullets hit each of the targets but not precisely hitting the head nor the vital spots, forcing out a sigh as he reloads his assault rifle...
"You are doing great with your firing, but again concentrate your fire on the head of those targets, not just waste the whole magazine."
Tyler sighs, "I know, Starbeam. For a twin like you to be enlightening me on how guns works and how to use them tactically sometimes bothers me, no offense. I like to slowly learn things on my own,"
Starbeam stands there and remains silent as he watches the orange-haired boy aims and fires the smoking green SGGP GEN-99 assault rifle at the targets. Several of the ammo hits some vital spots of the targets, a few hits the bullseye spot at the back-end of the wall, the rest hit the targets or the cardboard of it outside of the mark. The targets recycle to fresh new ones as Tyler reloads his carbine for another one. He fires all his magazine spraying through the training corridor, hitting some of the targets but the rest miss hitting the floor and the walls not even close to the bullseye. He reloads again and repeats, this time his concentrate firing improves as most of the bullet hit the head of some targets, few hitting the bullseye mark of the back-end wall, and the rest hit the vital spots...
"Excellent shooting, Private Tyler. Now for the final task, switch to your ST1K Glock-19 and your SK8C- having both equipped on both hands simultaneously," Starbeam said.
Tyler nods and puts away the SGGP GEN-99, drawing out both ST1K Glock-19 and SK8C dual-wielding them. Starbeam flips a switch turning the cardboard targets mobile, few moving sides to sides or backward-forward...
"Give it everything you have from this precision training, Private Wolfenstein," Starbeam said, pointing out to one of the particular lime-green target moving up close to Tyler.
"Huh, oh what the!" Tyler blasts out the SK8C emptying it out on that target as it takes all the bullets popping down as if defeated, then he fires the ST1K Glock-19 at the moving targets, some shots hit but not striking the head or any vital spots as the rest miss. He reloads both weapons, firing out the sub-machine gun first, the majority of the bullet spraying through the hall hits all of the targets, hitting the heads and vital spots of the targets. As three of the lighter-green cardboard targets pop up moving toward Tyler, he uses the ST1K Glock-19 and shoots them. Most of the shots manage to hit three vital spots of the three particular targets as some just hit as the three targets pop down. Reloading the pistol, together with the SK8C combined, he fires them both at the moving targets, hitting most of them and a few hitting the heads. Tyler reloads both of the firearms and tries again, the firing SK8C hits most of the vital spots of the moving targets and so does the ST1K Glock-19 while both together hit all of the targets.
Shortly, the entire targets pop down as Starbeam applauds to Tyler's precision performance... "That will be enough, you did well as a foreign recruit of the Star Regime. Now go ahead and return back those firearms and come with me to the bunker. It's time," Starbeam said, exiting the building.
Tyler pauses for a short time thinking what he means by that but returns back the firearms before exiting and following his green twin back to the bunker as the sun begins to set. Upon arriving at the bunker the two heads to the command hub, seeing Starley, Starr, Starcraft, and Stargreene all there with a smile...
"Welcome back, X Vice Colonel Starbeam and the new private, Wolfenstein," Starr said.
"How is the training coming along?" Starley asked, speed-walking up to Starbeam and giving him a hug.
"It's a huge progress so to say, my dear."
"Ahem, X Vice Colonel Starbeam, the bastard is on the move," Starcraft said, gesturing to the master computer screen.
Starbeam gestures Starley to break the hug as he moves to get a closer look at the computer screen on the updated digital map. Seeing the big red cursor mark of the wanted target followed by six small green stars that just disappears...
"Looks like they wipe out the fourth squad of our men," Starr said.
"We can't send any more men out to capture them!" Stargreene advised.
Starbeam analyzes the situation while making his bold decision as Tyler stands there in confusion, wondering what is going on...
"Starbeam baby, what is your decision?" Starley questions him.
"There is one who will be the first to take on this risky mission. And that is Private Tyler Wolfenstein."
Tyler's eyes widen up, his bright orange eyes sparkling with tears as he stands there surprised to be chosen by his own twin...
"Wait, you aren't serious are you, X Vice Colonel?!" Starr questioned him
"He is just a fresh rookie new recruit not even fitted officially as the Star Regime, he would die like that in seconds putting him on a mission like that," Stargreene added.
"This kid barely learns how to use firearms and been exercising, he never been trained with other soldiers- throwing him out in the open will be costly against your records as a leader, X Vice Colonel Starbeam," Starcraft added.
"Hold on, I believe in Starbeam. He has faith in his own decisions, it's his choice," Starley consoled.
Tyler remained quiet as he watched Starbeam who turned around to face him personally...
"Private Wolfenstein, step forward towards me, please."
He listens with a nod, walking towards his twin, standing right beside him as Starley, Starr, Stargreene, and Starcraft all gasps in awe; Starbeam points out the outline of the situation on the master computer before gesturing to Starcraft to lay out the reports on the table...
"Private Wolfenstein, you are chosen as the first to be given a mission outside of this military base. You will partner up with Starley and Starcraft on this part. In Negraska City about thirteen miles north, north-west from Polonodo City there is an illegal drug-dealing cartel on the loose- you will put an end to them, Private..."
To be continued....
